Description :
  • Help lead, develop and manage Web Experience team members where necessary, as well as providing a solid level of support to the senior management team in key initiatives for growth and its overall proposition
  • Help lead and scope on technical projects
  • Lead new business generation and pitches supporting the wider sales teams
  • Excellent project management skills, able to keep multiple projects moving at the same time
  • A proactive and can-do approach to solving problems
  • Exemplary client facing skills, with the ability to describe an idea and get clients excited and onboard as well as being confident in pitching to clients for both new business and idea sign off stages
  • Identify and raising technical issues with the use of clear documentation and change requests that developers can easily understand and digest
  • Assist with the creation of requirements and other technical documentation for developers and key client stakeholders
  • Ensure agreed monthly activities are delivered on time and to budget and that relevant client progress trackers are kept up to date
  • Responsible for logging ineffective processes and taking corrective action.
  • Responsible for personal knowledge development and sharing interesting materials that can improve the performance of the department
  • Proactively learn about new technologies and ways of working, how to monitor market trends in order to support internal growth and efficiency strategies
Requirements :
  • At least 5 years Experience working within an agency or in-house with SEO or Technical SEO
  • Proven knowledge on Technical SEO best practices and Core Web vitals and page speed
  • Strong knowledge of front-end languages and markups, such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS
  • Strong understanding of common web infrastructure and the role of servers and front-end frameworks
  • Degree level education or equivalent / relevant work experience
  • Strong interest and passion for improving websites and user experience
  • Strong interest in front-end development and coding / mark-up
  • Strong Microsoft Office and / or Google Workspace skills which must include Excel / Sheets, Word / Docs and PowerPoint / Slides
  • Proficiency in data entry, working with and managing numbers / data
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • A mathematical and analytical mind
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
  • Highly organised and an ability to multitask
  • Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills
  • Experience of working in teams to meet a common goal
